Mass of the Ages Film to Show in Lincoln

We are thrilled to announce that, on Monday, May 23 at 6:30 PM, episodes 1 and 2 of the documentary Mass of the Ages will be premiering here in Lincoln at the Edgewood Theater.

"Mass of the Ages", as is stated on their website, "is a documentary trilogy that explores the richness of the Traditional Latin Mass through stunning cinematography and inspiring stories. But it’s not just three beautiful films. It’s also an investigation into the surprising events that led to the creation of the New Mass. Mass of the Ages will give you a deep appreciation for your Catholic faith.

Featured in the film include:

  • Interviews with Bishop Conley, Bishop Bruskewitz, and other various Lincoln residents

  • Shots from the Pontifical Rorate Mass at the Newman Center, offered by Bishop Conley

  • Shots from St. Francis of Assisi, here in Lincoln

Doors will open at 6:00 PM, followed by episode 1 and episode 2 back-to-back (combined runtime of around an hour and a half). Immediately following the showing, director Cameron O'Hearn will be offering a live Q&A in the theater.

Tickets may be obtained for $10/person here, until they run out.

Thanks to generous donors, tickets are free for high school and college students with promo code "STUDENT".
